Tenho ouvido todos os dias por parte de amigos, conhecidos ou familiares, que durante as férias engordaram...
Mas que raio andam a fazer as pessoas?? Só comem e dormem?? Eu durante as férias aproveito para me mexer ainda mais que o habitual, mais corridas, mais saídas, mais passeios à beira mar, mais tudo, mas ao mesmo tempo, parece que fico com menos fome, e por isso mesmo a minha alimentação é feita de saladas, peixe grelhado e afins.
Por exemplo, ontem o meu almoço foi iogurte com mirtílios...
o meu lanche foi um milkshake de morango com geleia de agave...
...e o meu jantar, uma salada de tomate/abacate e ovo cozido com molho vinaigrette... e acho que já perdi 2 kilos nestas últimas 2 semanas :)
